Newcastle Building

I contacted Blake to get some work done on a house I recently purchased in Mayfield. The house had been ‘modernised’ in the 1970s and I wanted the exterior bought back to its original state. The team did a great job and I’m very happy with their work. The guys were friendly and their work was excellent. Can highly recommend this company.

Absolutely stoked with our recent renovation! Blake, Barry and the team listened to our ideas and delivered an amazing bathroom, laundry and bedroom. The communication was excellent and every tradie that came through was kind and respectful. The boys even went the extra mile to make sure everything was toddler proof and safe for my little one at the end of each day! 🙂. Our home is now our dream home thanks to this incredible team!

Newcastle Building recently completed our kitchen and bathroom renovation and we could not be happier with the result. This family run business exceeded all our expectations in not only the workmanship but how easy it was to deal with the whole team. Everything ran seamlessly, from our initial consultation through to handover of the project. They came up with a stylish yet practical design for our bathroom and also helped by completing other works around the house instead of us having to find different trades to do the smaller jobs. During the construction of the bathroom you could tell they took pride in their work by paying close attention to the finer details and how the finished product would look. Our renovation was completed ahead of schedule and we were very impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail for all the works we requested. We would highly recommend Barry and his team for all your renovations needs.

Barry, Blake and all the team prioritised getting our Childcare Centre repaired quickly with minimum impact to our service. All of the trades people in the team were courteous and respectful at all times. We would highly recommend Newcastle Building for a quality finish and efficient service.

These guys have delivered for me yet again. I had them out to fully demolish and rebuild my bathroom and then hired them to completely transform my old 6 x 9 shed into a fully functional granny flat. Blake and Barry are so easy to deal with and were there to help us with everything we needed to learn as we navigated our renovations. Solid, trustworthy and timely service. I have since referred my sister to use their services.

We got in touch with Newcastle Building to do a huge home renovation for us last year and are so happy with the end result. What was originally a run down old dilapidated house when we bought it is now a completely transformed modern family home. Barry and Blake are honest, reliable and skilled builders with a great team working for them who all genuinely care about doing a good job and making their customers happy, not to mention really friendly guys. Their pricing is fair and they offered us advice and solutions at different price points when unexpected issues came up during the build. Barry communicated with us regularly throughout the job, giving us regular progress updates and always double checking with us before committing to any final decisions. The whole team are extremely hard workers who turned a massive job around in record time to get us into our new home which we really appreciated. We have more work to be done in future and we will continue to use Newcastle Building. Would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish everything for our bathroom renovation ran like clockwork. All the tradies were polite and courteous. All the work was excellent and top quality. Any issues, questions or changes were no problem. Highly recommended, we will be getting them back for other projects we are planning.
